We endeavour to make sure the correct products reach you in time and in the right conditions for you to use them

However, it may be that our service levels are not met in certain cases, for which we have designed a simple Sales Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: If the Order has not been dispatched from the Warehouse

Return: If the Order has been dispatched from the Warehouse

Late: If the Order reaches you outside of the promised lead time window

We understand the criticality and sensitive nature of the products we deliver, and therefore, give you the assurance that you will have our full support


Once the order has been made for product and it is confirmed at our end, no amount shall be refunded, in the event of a cancellation. However, in certain circumstances, the Proprietor Firm at its discretion shall permit a refund of the full or partial amount. The decision of the Proprietor Firm shall be final in such cases.

Order Cancellation:

In case you have changed your mind and wish to cancel an order, so long as it has not been dispatched from the warehouse, you may do so for free.

If you have paid using the Payment Gateway, the money will be remitted back to you in X business days.

If you do not receive the money in the bank account from which you transacted, within X business days, please get in touch with us at +91 9619633611.

If you have selected COD as your method of payment, no problem!


We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify Careplus Healthcare Customer Support immediately or within 10 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Careplus Healthcare will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 10 working days of receipt.

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 30 working days of receipt.

A Support Ticket will be raised in our system, and the number of that support ticket will be emailed to you.

We endeavour to resolve all support tickets within 48 Hours of them being raised. If your support ticket has not been resolved in 48 Hours, please let us know here.
